Committee Handbook Pages

Farmington-Scipio Regional Meeting is compiling our first Regional Committee Handbook. The Handbook will describe each position and committee in the region. Over the past several months, individuals and committees have been working on drafting handbook pages. Several of them are available below for your review at this time.

We would be grateful if you would look over these pages, especially if you have served Farmington-Scipio Region in any of these positions.

If you would like to recommend changes to any of these documents; please contact the Nominating Committee via Suzanne Blackburn  or log on to this website and post a comment on a Handbook page. Contact us for help logging on.

These documents will be available for review and comment until April 30, 2010. After that time, the Nominating Committee, working with those who have submitted draft pages, will consider the suggestions and comments of Friends in the region and will finalize their proposed pages. These pages will be available for review prior to Spring Gathering and will be part of a consent agenda for Spring Gathering’s Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business. If any Friend has a concern about any proposed handbook page as part of a consent agenda, that Friend should notify our Regional Clerk, Ruth Ann Bradley, prior to Meeting for Business at Spring Gathering.

If you are the e-mail distribution person for your monthly meeting, please print copies of these draft documents for Friends in your meeting who do not use e-mail or the internet.
