We are Friends (Quakers) in the western part of New York State, part of New York Yearly Meeting (NYYM.org).
Meetings for Worship are every Sunday. To find a meeting near you please go to the Meeting Information Page. Many of our meetings offer a First Day School program for children during our regular meeting.
Meetings in our Region
Our region consists of the following meetings: Alfred, Buffalo, Central Finger Lakes, Collins, Elmira, Farmington, Fredonia, Ithaca, Orchard Park, Perry City, Poplar Ridge, Rochester and Syracuse. Summer Meetings held at Chautauqua and Hector. Prison Meetings held at Attica and Auburn. Meetings for Worship may be programmed and unprogrammed. Spring Gathering 2016
Spring Gathering: May 13-15, 2016, Watson Homestead, Painted Post, NY
Our theme this year is White Privilege: What it means to us as faithful members of the Religious Society of Friends. Our plenary speakers will be Jeff Hitchcock and Charley Flint.
There will be a youth program offered for those aged 0-18, and many opportunities for multi-generational learning and fun. The weekend is a pay-what-you-can event, with lodging and food included.
